Shipping

We ship to the contiguous United States. Orders ship within 3–5 business days from our print partner. Most orders are delivered within 7–10 business days of being placed.

Tracking is emailed automatically once the carrier picks up the package.

Returns

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email hello@tonkatides.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send a return label and refund you within 5 business days of receiving the item, less the return shipping cost.

Final sale items: customized or made-to-order pieces (some print-on-demand SKUs) are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

Damaged or incorrect orders: email hello@tonkatides.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it at no cost.

Exchanges

Same 30-day window. We'll cover the outbound shipping on the replacement.
